About Me

I came to this work through my life-altering experience of having a child whose path was more of a roller coaster than a straight line. I was confronted by the terrifying reality that I couldn't control everything-- something I had been desperately trying to do for as long as I could remember.  Essentially, Life happened, and I was forced to accept the fact that I was human.  
With the incredible support of so many therapists, coaches, movement and meditation teachers, along with loving friends and family, I became clear on what I could control and what I couldn't.  I acknowledged my emotions, grieved my losses, and took a deep dive into understanding myself in the most authentic, scary, powerful way possible.  And in learning to love and accept myself, I found freedom.  Freedom, and an overwhelming desire to share my hard-earned knowledge with others.  
I've been a helper all my life, in a million different ways.  I notice the little things, and I love asking questions.  Becoming a life coach, facilitating positive change in others, makes my heart sing.
